Hi,

following error messages related to "Enterprise Notifications"  plugin appears in atlassian-confluence.log log file:

"Enterprise Notifications"  plugin is licenced properly.

Could you please help us to find and resolve the root cause if this issue?

Hope this finds you well.

Can you please check to ensure you have the latest version of Atlassian UPM. We previously had customer reporting issues with  Enterprise Notifications plugin if you had lower versions 2.18 of UPM.

However, if this doesn't resolve your issue please consider creating a support ticket with us so that we can investigate and help you resolve the issue.

Support requests are logged via our contact form in our website. Please be sure to set enquiry type to “Support services & Plugins”. Please provide the following information:

• the version of Confluence  you are using,
• the add-on name and version you are using,
• all information regarding the issue you are facing including log files, steps to reproduce, screenshots, storage format etc. "

Hi @Supraja Thota [Adaptavist] UPM version is 2.18.5. so I have logged service request via your contact form. Thank you!

We've recently hit the same error, with the Adaptavist Content Formatting Macros plugin (4.2.8), and we have UPM version 2.20.5.

Our licensing is current on both.

I was unable to find a service request or any other information on this issue and if/how it was resolved.

Any additional input anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.
