New user groups in confluence cloud, how long to become available?

I'm new to Confluence Cloud, but this little thing is driving me nuts.

I created a new user group and added users to it.

That user group is not showing up for use in page or space permissions.  Confluence doesn't know it exists.

How long do I have to wait for this data to Sync over to confluence from the user DB?

It should take a couple of seconds, almost immediate. I suggest creating a support request at https://support.atlassian.com so we can take a closer look and see if there is something strange with the instance itself.

When doing so, let us know what specific group and how you are trying to use it.
