I was doing a trial for my company but my directoe decided to apply for confluence and JIRA under his (Company) name and bank account. Can we cancel the previous account and add the new ones under his name. Thank you very much for your support.

Most these actions can be performed directly from the my.atlassian.com accounts which are main billing or main technical contact of the instance. If you can not manage to resolve it from here, please raise a support request at support.atlassian.com
