New Attribute in Page Property Macro not propagating to existing pages

Barry Spearns July 8, 2015

We've added a new attribute to Confluence Page Property Macro. The new attribute appears on newly created pages but not existing pages. That's an issue as the attribute is applicable to new and existing pages.  Any ideas how we can get this new attribute to appear on existing pages as well?

The only way to get the property into your older pages is going to be by opening them up and editing the page manually. There is no way for templates  the automatically update pages that were created with them.

Yes, added the new property to an existing page template. The new property appears for new pages but not on pages that were created prior to adding the new property.

Did you add the new property in a page template?
