I believe it is so, but can you please confirm?
Users with access to Service Desk, which is linked to a Confluence space, do not need a Confluence license to read the pages from that space.
But they do need a Jira license.
Correct?
Hi @Patrick Vanhoof ,
JIRA and Confluence, while full integrated, are two different tools. User need to have Confluence license to access spaces/pages.

Hi @Fabio Racobaldo _Herzum_ ,
Thanks. But I thought to have seen somewhere that for a Jira Service Management project one can allow all users to see the pages in the linked Confluence space, even if they do not have a Confluence license.

Hi @Patrick Vanhoof , yes you can do that for customers (they are not users neither in JIRA and Confluence) that need to access knoledge management on Confluence side.
Here an useful article about that https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicemanagementserver/knowledge-base-settings-and-permissions-in-confluence-cloud-1018775529.html
Ciao,
Fabio
