Need to trasnfer Confluence License to new server

안녕하세요.

VritualBox 위에 Confluence server starter license 를 사용 중입니다.

랩탑 OS 업그레이드로 인해 VirtualBox 를 재설치하였고 Confluence VM 은 OVA 내보기/불러오기를 하고 IP 가 변경되어 license 키 재 적용은 진행하였습니다.

정상 동작하는 것처럼 보여지지만, 최근 데이터 들이 나타나지 않습니다.

초기의 evaluation 기간 동안 생성한 데이터들만 나타나고, license key 발급 이후의 생성한 데이터들이 나타나지 않습니다.

가이드를 부탁 드립니다.

Is it possible that you are accessing an old copy of the VM? Applying a license does not delete data or roll back to a previous date's data. We need to look for a reason the updates are missing since the time the license was applied. Was there any other change at that time? Could a snapshot of the VM have been restored by mistake?
