Need to query for Confluence license limit

We have 2 confluence sites and I am looking for a programmatic way to pull the license limit for each. I know that the number of licensed users is listed in the Confluence GUI but retrieving the info that way requires human intervention. We are trying to automate management of our Atlassian tools.

I'm using a SQL query to pull the number of license spots we are currently using but I can't find where the actual limit is saved in the db or file system.

Let me know if anyone has ideas...
