Need to change the Dynamic content of Subject line of Email Notification share by Confluence?

For example: If somebody has shared a page with me, then right now it is showing like : “[Hub] Akashdeep Saily shared "Field Collections KB" with you”.
Can we change it to : “Field Collection KB” that is only the page name rather than the whole sentence?
we have to remove the "Akashdeep Saily shared " from wholer sentence
