My team is not longer able to add themselves as the "Who" when adding a cal event to our team cal

Several members of my team have a problem where their name does not appear in the dropdown of the "who" field when trying to add a calendar event to this shared calendar:

can you please help me understand why and what we can do to fix it? thank you

Are you on server or cloud?  If you are on server what changes have been made to your instance?  

Have you checked your permissions for Confluence Calendars?

hi Brant thank you for your response.

  1. Is there a way for me to confirm server vs cloud? I believe we recently transitioned from server to cloud. 
  2. Could you tell me how to check my/my team's permissions? I dont see anywhere in our instance that mentions permissions.
