My migrated space not showing in the cloud -- I think it's a permissions issue

  1. Migration completed successfully. 
  2. Attempting to run the migration again says nope, your space already exists in cloud. 
  3. Does not show up in space view in the cloud site. 
  4. Atlassian ran reindexing for us and still doesn't show. (I'm used to server where we could trigger that ourselves.) 
  5. If I try visiting the space directly I get a permissions error. https://halobrandedsolutions.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ABC like going right here I'm told it's a restricted space but if I go to a space we aren't using like ZZY I'm told it doesn't exist which makes sense. 

So, I'm assuming that we don't even have the administrator group assigned to the page, let alone normal users which is why it's there but invisible. I'm only aware of editing permissions from within the space itself. 

Is there a way to grant permissions externally or do we need to run a script?

Aha, that's the one! Knew there needed to be something like this. I just wasn't using the right search terms somehow.
