Hi,
I create a Cloud-Site, because we want to migrate our Confluence into Cloud.
Now, the time for testing a the free Cloud site is over.
Do I have to delete the created Confluence page or is it no longer possible to edit it after the runtime has expired?
When the free version expires, will there be any costs if I don't interact?
Thank you,
best regards
Anne
Hi Anne, to be clear are you saying you had a Free test instance stood up and no longer need and simply wonder if you need to take any action? If so, no you do not. It will eventually be decommissioned based on inactivity. You likely will receive an email notifying you of this several weeks from now. With that said you certainly could be a ‘good citizen’ and open a support ticket with Atlassian billing to notify them.
Hi Jack, thanks for reply. Yes, I don't need this page anymore. It was a free version. I just wanted to check some settings for a specific migration in a few weeks' time.
Regards,
Anne
