Multimedia macro doesn't play

I've made an mp4 file an attachment on a page and added the multimedia macro to the page. The video appears but won't play. I've tried both Windows 7 and Ubuntu OSes and Chrome, Firefox, and IE web browsers but nothing works. Chrome on Windows 7 will play the sound but not the picture. Any ideas?

Hi James,

Please check if you have Quicktime plugin up and running.

Also, make a test with small videos (like 1 minute length) and with different sizes (resizing).
