Moving Labels list from bottom to the top of the page AND can you add a label to a table field?

1. I can't find any info on this, so I suspect the answer is 'NO!', but is it possible to move the labels list from the footer to the top of the page?
2. Is it also possible to add labels to a table in a page? Again, I suspect no, but thanks for listening.
