I would like to know if there is some way that we can modify the menu style in Confluence. Currently my menu looks like this:
flockapipage.png
It is collapsed by default and has to be explicitly expanded by the user; owing to this, many a times users tend to miss sub-menu pages. I would rather have my menu like so (taken from the HipChat site):
hipchat.png
I would also like to add headings to each menu group, as in the HipChat image above.
Any kind of pointer would be great. Thanks.
Hi Najeeb,
The way to customise how the links on your sidebar are displayed depends on which theme you are using. Specifically:
If you use the Documentation theme, then the instructions are in the Configure the Documentation Theme, Customising the Documentation theme section.
Cheers,
Dario
