Modifying menu style

Najeeb Shaikh February 17, 2016

I would like to know if there is some way that we can modify the menu style in Confluence. Currently my menu looks like this:

flockapipage.png

It is collapsed by default and has to be explicitly expanded by the user; owing to this, many a times users tend to miss sub-menu pages. I would rather have my menu like so (taken from the HipChat site):

I would also like to add headings to each menu group, as in the HipChat image above.

Any kind of pointer would be great. Thanks.
