When I export to Word or PDF from a Confluence page containing a Jira Filter Macro (two fields contain PNG files), the images are missing.
This is a huge blocker as I must submit documentation to internal and external regulatory compliance systems.
Hi,
The major advantage of these products is the linking. It includes also dynamic content.
When is a solution expected, especially when this bug is known for a long time know ?
It would bring major benefits to have stable access with he macros!
Thanks,Ciamak
Hello,
we have the same Problem found in the last days and invest much hours to solve the problem, without a solution.
To print by the browser will not work, the result looks very bad, and we crate with this our specification sheet in cunfluence with content from jira. When it works it will be very fine function but in this way we have a problem.
When could we expect a solution.

Hello Chance,
This is currently a known bug in the export functionality in Confluence, and has been reported below for both Cloud and Server:
In the meantime, if you require those images in your export, you can use the Print to PDF functionality in your browser, or embed them directly onto the page. You may also be able to use one of the Marketplace PDF export add-ons available.
Let me know if you have any questions about this.
Regards,
Shannon

Hi,
We are experiencing the same issue.
Using the print to PDF in the browser isn't a valid workaround when using export templates. We need to have the documents in a special template to be signed off.
