Migrating from one (Cloud) url to another-need to download (NOT migrate) Word and PDFs to pc

We are migrating from one (cloud) url to another.

We have hundreds of Word and PDF documents that we don't want to migrate but want to download to our computer for backup and legal reasons.

They are scattered in some spaces and pages we want to delete (and not migrate) and are in links in tables which would take endless hours to download one by one.

There MUST be a way that I can go to a page or space and download all the files at once?

We only use Confluence.

Hello there!

Currently, we are capable of downloading all attachments pertaining to a single page. To so we need to:

1. Go to the desired page
2. Click the Three dots (...) at the top right corner
3. Click Attachments
4. Click the link to Download All

Notes:

• When you click to Download All, Confluence will create a .zip file with all your attachments
• Currently, there is no tool to download all attachments from a space
