Migrate from self hosted to cloud (issue with image and Gliffy Diagrams)

Having issue migrating from self-hosted to the cloud, the  image and Gliffy Diagrams are not been migrated

Self-hosted: License Information for Confluence 5.6.3.

Hi Franck,

You may wish to contact Gliffy support to resolve the issue.  If your image macro is also from an external developer you'll want to contact them for support.

Thanks for the quick reply, I will be contacting them Gliffy support for Gliffy image, but we also have a screenshot and normal images we uploaded and they are not showing as well on the cloud but instead the error "Unknown Attachment".

Could this be due to the Confluence version  5.6.3 ?

I'm not well-versed in migrations, but it's possible the same issue is preventing both the images and the Gliffy diagrams from being attached/linked.  If Gliffy support is able to resolve this for you, please post the solution here for the rest of us :)
