Hi Mohd,

I have seen this kind of issue happen when your instance is running low on allocated memory, the JVM version is between v1.6.0_18 - v1.6.0_22 and/or if there is some problem with a proxy between the instance and the browser, but if you are not running on one of the problematic JVMs mentioned, your instance has enough memory and you have bypassed any proxies and the issue persists then you should open a ticket with Support so that we can investigate the cause of this issue.

All the best,
John

Thanks John for your response

My confluence instance has allowcated enough memory and there in no proxy in between

Will follow up with support guys to resolve this issue
