Mention appears 2 times the same user

Hi,

When I use @mention, sometimes users appears 2 time.

I check the user profile, it's the same person (it's me ;) in the example)

How to fix this bug?

Hi there!

Usually this happens due to index problems. Try to reindex the confluence instance and if that doesn't help, a reindex from scratch might help to fix the problem.

Hi Rodrigo,

I confirm, I reindexed confluence from scratch and users appears one time.

But, I have a little, now I have some pages with ghost user as creator.

On page it appears as "created by 12324156468768768eeeaaaaaxxxfffffff"
