We are using Confluence and JIRA Service Desk. When users log in, they are directed to the Service Desk portal, but I would like to direct them to the Confluence space home page instead. Is this possible?
Nevermind; this question was answered in a different post.
Following up on this. Does anyone know of a way to set the overall site home page to Confluence instead of the JSD customer portal? Thanks!

When they log into Confluence or JIRA? And are they customers or full JIRA/Confluence users?

Thanks for the response, Nic. These are internal users, not customers. We have Cloud licenses only for Confluence and JIRA Service Desk, and these users don't have access to JIRA Service Desk (meaning they're not agents).
When they go to "ourcompany.atlassian.net", they're automatically redirected to "ourcompany.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1". I'm wondering if they can be directed to "ourcompany.atlassian.net/wiki" instead.
