Macros disappear when editing a Blueprint

Martin Suarez-Viacava October 20, 2019

Hi,

I'm trying to edit the decision blueprint but when on the edit page, the macros disappear completely and I can't find a way to recreate them.

So what happens is that all the info passed over when creating a new decision is lost on the edited Blueprint.

If I revert to the original, it starts working back, but after editing again, the issue persists.

Essentially, I can't have a custom version of the blueprint, due to this issue.

Anybody got the same problem?

Thanks!

Hello Martin,

Thank you for contacting us about this. Could you confirm with me your Confluence version, and which template you are editing exactly? Is it the Decision template or the Decision log template that's having the issue? Does the same occur when you try to edit other system templates?

I've tested this with the Decision template on Confluence Cloud by adding a few new lines. However, I'm not able to replicate the issue.

If you can tell me the changes you were making and if you have a screenshot of the problem, that will help as well.

Thank you!

Regards,

Shannon
