I'm looking for a topics collection macro that is – embedded on a meeting minutes parent page – as easy to use as the decision macro and lets users enter topics for the next meeting to be discussed.
A topics list should be embeddable on the page.
In the meetings I'd like to pick topics from the list to be discussed and be able to easily remove them from the topics list. Current workaround is to have a table with 4 columns: date (entered), name (me who adds it), topic and description (or notes), then manually move the text over to the meeting minute page and remove it from the table.
I wonder if there's anything like that already available that I couldn't find scrolling through the list of macros.
A perfect world macro would fill the new meeting minutes with the open topics or even lets me quickly move them from open to the meeting with 1 click so they are gone from the parent list and available in the meeting minutes. Everything we can't make will stay "open".
Hi @Karsten Silkenbäumer and welcome to Community.
A Trello board actually sounds like a really simple solution for what you're trying to achieve as users could create topics as cards in a "to be discussed" list, and then once they're discussed they're moved to a "closed" or "discussed" list.
You can embed a Trello board on a Confluence page and users can interact with it. If you embed the Trello board on your page template (done through the space settings), each new page would display the Trello board in it's most recent version.
