Hi @Debaditta Sarkar 

It seem's that you're using a third party macro so only people who are familiar with it will get the cues from the image without any details.

Having said that, it might be as simple as an image in an unsupported format or size.

I think it's the broken image icon, it looks like you're supposed to drag and drop an image to the Drop a file here and a preview of the image will show.

But it's a marketplace macro (it seems) so, anything is possible.
