Can I direct the "home" page or start page from a JIRA dashboard to the default Wiki (Confluence) page, when our users log into the site? I would like to display our company Intranet Wiki upon login.

There is an open Feature Request for this on https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/AOD-5994
I think this is being worked on at the moment but I can't say for sure.
Please vote and watch that feature request to raise it's awareness and be kept updated.
