A new user who was created today in AD is showing as disabled in confluence. I dont have the option to reenable them as my access to LDAP is read only.

I dont have the option to write to AD. What setting can I tell the AD team is disabling the account so they can make the change?
Thank you.
Hi Jousha,
You could try to remove the user from AD group, run sync, and then return the user back in AD group and run sync again.
Also, you could try disabling and then enabling the AD connection.
