Links within Jira issues point to old server after migration

All:

 

We  did a migratioin of Jira/confluence/fisheye from one server to a new server.

While the JIRA issues point to the new server, the document links within JIRA issues, point to

the old confluence server. Any help to fix it will be appreciated.

 

We checked the Display url  for the confluence on the Application links (on jira) point to the new server.
