Links to anchors were changed. How to fix all links we had?

Hello!

Previously we used such links with anchors:

http://myconfluence.com/display/spacekey/pagename#anchorname

As I understand it was changed to: 

http://myconfluence.com/display/spacekey/pagename#pagename-anchorname

We have a lot of links to confluence anchors from other web pages with old syntax.

Is there easy way to fix old links?

This same exact thing is happening to me CONSTANTLY and in a page with a lot of anchor links, I'm at my wits end with having to revert my page and redo changes....and even then it sometimes doesn't work!  Bugs like these make it very difficult when trying to convince others to move away from Google docs >:( .

We inserted anchors to source code of page because anchor macros didn't work.

Now this approach doesn't work. When I save the page anchors are erased in source.
