Link to different page and expand section

I need to link from one page to another. On the destination page I have multiple expandable sections. When someone clicks the link I would like it to take them to the destination page and expand the correct section. 

So far I have tried Anchors but this did not seem to work.

I don't believe there is a way to automatically expand just a certain section. You can create a user macro to expand all so that the anchored text (and all other text) are expanded:
