Link URLs to JIRA Issues after Word import

Hi,

let's say I've got a Microsoft Word file (.docx) with some Hyperlinks in it pointing to JIRA Issues. 

Is it anyhow possible that after a successful import these Hyperlinks get the Confluence/JIRA look? Or is there a certain plugin or feature like "search and replace" I could use?
