License Question on Setting up a new Atlassian Environment to replace our existing one.

We currently have an Atlassian environment with JIRA, Confluence, etc.

I am setting up a new environment to replace my existing one.

In this new environment:  Can I use my current license for these apps, such as Confluence and essentially have the licenses double up for a brief time before I kill the old environment?

What issues would I run into?
