Last Update Panel shows wrong data

Hey ho,

We had recently a blown database, so we delete die Confluence-config in the Confluence-home dictionary. 

And we done a new setup with the install-assistant. Everything runs smoothly, except of the "Last Updated"-Panel which shows old data that didn't exist anymore after the reinstall. Is there a way to fix it?
