Knowledge base custom fields

Hi all,

We would like to add custom fields such as Product. Module and Customer checkboxes so that the support stuff can select the module or customer regarding the problem solution.

How can it be done with these requirements?

I would recommend using labels for this. That is the default means of categorizing and grouping types of content within Confluence.

Hi Davin,

Thank you for the reply. Can you give an example on how to make a checkbox for our custom field named "Product"? I am new to this concept.
