In the editor, the shortcut 'Ctrl + Number,' which I used to change header levels, has stopped working.
This issue only occurs on my account—other accounts don't experience it. I've tried different browsers and tested it on multiple computers, but the problem persists.
I'm nearly crazy, please help me!

Hi @Lucas Modzelewski _Lumo_ , thank you for your reply!
I’ve checked my settings as per the link you shared, and I can confirm they match what’s shown there. Unfortunately, this hasn’t resolved the issue, and my problem seems to be different from the one described in the article.
Thank you again for your help!

check if adding 'shift' to combination works as in defaults: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/keyboard-shortcuts-139456.html

I reviewed the documentation you provided and checked the keyboard shortcuts help page. Everything appears to be in order, with all actions and their corresponding shortcuts listed, including using ‘Ctrl + number’ to increase header levels. However, after testing, I found that once I enter the editor, none of my editor shortcuts work, though they function normally on the main page. I also tried adding Shift to the combination (such as Ctrl+Shift+number and Shift+Ctrl+number), but this didn’t resolve the issue.
