On all of the Spaces I have on my Test-server the Sidebars are empty after upgrading.
Not even the Cogwheel and the Space Tools menu is there.
If I go into Space Directory and select the (i) for any space, the Sidebar renders but without any shortcuts or Page Tree

The entire sidebar is missing from the HTML. Including the hidden parts about not being able to access the sidebar:
In 9.0.1
Versus 8.9.1
The Answer was that the Custom Page Layout has changed in 9.0 so the code that was there from Atlassians side did no longer work.
Resetting the Custom Page Layout and re-applying our changes fixed the issue

Thank you, but no.
Setting wait didn't help and I don't have any problems with Modules not being loaded so the second link also didn't solve the problem.
