JSD customer (request) status is not available in JQL. Has anybody found a good way to display the Customer Request Status in Confluence?
Have you tried the following?
project = projectname AND status in ("Waiting for Customer")

Hi Collin, I refer to customer status (labels) used on top of the JIRA status in JSD.
