'JIRA Server' is not functional during authentication

Hi,

We are getting this error after migrating Confluence and JIRA to a different server. So far solution given for a similar issue has not fixed the problem, e.g (updating IP whilte list and encoded_address_binary field on Confleunce and Jira tables: cwd_directory_attribute and cwd_application_address)

Any ideas?

Hi Ivor, it may be easier to solve this issue via UI. I'd suggest that you log in Confluence with an internal administrator (you may need to follow this doc) and recrease the integration with JIRA as in this page.
