JIRA Issues macro not displayin in Confluence.

I am having an issue were the JIRA Issues macro in an upgraded Confluence (3.1.2 -> 3.5.5) no longer displays issues. Instead we have the following. Both the JIRA and Confluence servers are setup as trusted applicaitons of each other.

Could not load org.apache.xerces.parsers.SAXParser: SAX2 driver class org.apache.xerces.parsers.SAXParser not found: org.apache.xerces.parsers.SAXParser<br/>class java.io.IOException

I would first check to see if there's an upgrade available for the bundled JIRA Macros plugin uner Confluence Admin > Plugins > Upgrades

Also, what version of JIRA are you running?

Hey Matt,

The JIRA server is 4.2.4 and we are running the Confluence JIRA Macro's version 3.1.1 which is the last Confluence 3.5 supported version of the macros.

OK, Confluence 3.5 introduced Application Links. Try upgrading your existing trusted connection with JIRA.
