It's possible to use inline comment plugin on Confluence OnDemand product

jibanez June 19, 2012

We really need a inline comment for confluence ondemand product.

I like this plugin: http://stiltsoft.com/talk/index.html that did exactly that we need but I think that I can not install a plugin on "OnDemand" Confluence.

Please there are a plugin that can be enabled on Confluence onDemand with the same functionallity? There are a way to do that we need?

Hi Jordi,

We currently do not support third party plugins for the OnDemand platform. However, we are starting the beta son of our new plugin architecture of OnDemand which will open many more plugins for the platform. It should be available for release next year.

Cheers,

Gary

1.5 yrs later.. any progress on this? InLine comments - lack there of - is keeping our organization from using OnDemand.

The Atlassian Connect framework allows you to create your own Add-On for OnDemand or add an existing one of those available. While I wasn't able to find an existing one in the Marketplace for OnDemand, you might want to reach out to StiltSoft to see if they are planning to update their plugin to support the OnDemand framework (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.stiltsoft.confluence.talk.confluence-talk-plugin). Alternatively, if you have the development resources, you might look into creating one yourself - https://developer.atlassian.com
