I need to use a hyperlink which has '{' in it. but looks like confluence doesn't like it and after saving the page i am getting as plain text instead of hyperlink. Any workaround ?

Thanks for the response. Its a sharepoint link, so replacing '{' with '[' will lead to dead link in sharepoint.

I think you want to use the character
[
instead as the '{' character is for opening a macro statement.
Give that a try and I hope that helps.
