Hello I would like to renew our license/subscription.
However this seems very difficult.
Please help me make this Add-On available again.

@Eden Burton If you go to the Atlassian Marketplace and locate the page for this app, you should be able to find a way to contact the vendor directly (generally on the Support tab).

if you have enough permissions you can go to https://admin.atlassian.com, select your Organization, navigate to the Billing page, and manage your subscription to the app.
Generally apps are paid for through the admin hub. There are different payment methods (credit card, invoice) and time periods (monthly, annual).
If it isn't apparent from there how to renew your subscription then contacting the vendor for support is an option as @Barbara Szczesniak .suggested.
You can go to the Manage Apps page in your Jira instance to find a list of your installed apps. Each one will include a link to its Marketplace listing. The Marketplace listings include a support tab listing ways to contact the app vendor for support.
