We have encountered an issue when we try to save/publish the latest updates on Confluence in one of the pages of our Project. Thus, we are unable to save the work/updates made.

The error code is the k8om6g.

Kindly advise us on how to proceed.

Hi @akatsouraki , welcome to the community and thanks for your question.

For an error like this, I would typically encourage to open a support ticket with Atlassian directly so they can assist you directly in the instance with this issue.

I am tagging them into this ticket for you.

@akatsouraki To check further on this we would require access to your instance therefore as mentioned by Valere, please raise a support ticket with Atlassian directly.

I can see that you don't have sufficient privilege to log a ticket.

As per the Atlassian Support offerings for any technical support you need to take help from your site admin to log a ticket on your behalf. Please see the below screenshot for reference
