Issue with Confluence on Microsoft server 2016 when clicking on Start Confluence Server [8090]

Whenever I launch the Start Confluence Server [8090] a Tomcat dialog window pops up. If I leave the window open in the background Confluence runs fine. If I close out of the window Confluence stops. The following is the text from the Tomcat dialog window.

Hi,

You can create a windows service so that there will be a no risk of someone accidentally shutting down Confluence by closing the window. For creating a windows service, please see this KB article.

Hi @Ryan Carmer,

i think the reason for this is because Confluence starts in the foreground, therefore, a window with Command Line Tool being open is a requirement for the Tomcat server to work. When it is closed, the server stops.

Could you share the exact command you use to start Confluence?
