Issue when updating Atlassian Universal Plugin Manager

I have just updated the Atlassian Universal Plugin Manager and now when I click on the Confluence admin and add-ons the page looks like this:

I go to the /admin/viewplugins.action page and it says the following:

"There were errors loading this plugin. There is more information in the logs. 

Cause: 
There was a problem loading the module descriptor: java.lang.Void.<br/>Unable to enable web fragment"

Any ideas on how to fix?

Usually this kind of message is related with JRE/JDK version. Please have a look into this documentation.
