Issue uploading tracking plugin licence

Hi,

I installed CustomWare TRacking pluging. But when I tried to upload the licence key I received the error message saying "Could not parse certificate: java.io.IOException: DerInputStream.getLength(): lengthTag=42, too big."

Is there a way to get around?

Ziana has kindly provided me with a solution.

Get handy the key first then install it.

It appears lin left hand side menu in admin section under CustomWare plugin.

Click on the plugin name and upload the key.

I believe you are trying to use the Plugin License Manager from Adaptavist to install the license key. Instead, please follow these instructions for Tracking plugins: http://wiki.customware.net/repository/display/track/Getting+Started , under Licensing section.
