Issue upgrading from 5.0 to 5.5.6

I had an issue upgrading from 5.0 of confluence to 5.5.6 I'm not sure what my error log means. The log is attached.

As this appears to be an issue with your Microsoft SQL Server database collation. This should help assist you with properly completing the upgrade procedure.

The Collation should be SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CS_AS and the " Is read committed Snapshot " database property must be set True.
