Issue in view PSD file

Hello Support,

When I am try to view of any psd files on confluence, Its going to download. Previously it was open in View mode where i can see the psd without donwload.

Could you please help me on this and sortout this issue?

I understand you were able to preview .psd files in the past but now they have to be downloaded. Are you using Confluence Cloud or Confluence Server?

I found a support case where .psd files could not be previewed on a Confluence server instance because it took too much memory. If you are using a server version of Confluence please let me know how much memory is allocated to the JVM. This can be seen as Maximum Heap Size on the Confluence Admin>System information page under the heading, "Java VM Memory Statistics".
