Is workbox available for Confluence OnDemand?

We are currently trying out Confluence OnDemand to go along with JIRA OnDemand, which we've already used quite a bit. One of the features we've come across in the online documentation is Workbox, but we haven't been able to get the workbox icon to show up. After a lot of digging, I found that the plugin seems to be disabled. Further googling has revealed some conflicting information about whether we OnDemand users get workbox at all or if it's just that we can't configure it. Could someone please clarify if workbox is a feature we should be able to get with Confluence OnDemand? Thanks!

Hello Jessica, when looking at a documentation page, for instance the Workfbox Notifications one, you will see at its header that there are specific versions of it suited for OnDemand products. Here is the equivalent version for OD of the workbox.

There may be have been an issue when activating the module for the instance, you can file a support case to get that checked with the OD team.

Ah, we don't even have the workbox icon to click on to check on our notifications. I will file a support case. Thanks!

Looks like the workfbox is there in Confluence Cloud these days
