Hello what I am trying to do is to link in confluence the latest attach image file from a Jira ticket? is there any easy way to do this and this way having an alive confluence page?
As I understand, you need to create dynamic links in Confluence that point to attachments in Jira tickets.
Currently, this is not natively possible in Confluence. The closest to this would be adding a Jira Issue macro pointing to the issue that contains the desired attachment. You can check more about this macro here:
