O love Atlasssian's products but am still waiting for a way to offer access to my knowledge and personal support via a combination of Confluence/JIRA/KB and Service Desk via some form of 'membership'. I'd like to charge for monthly access somehow. Do you have any ideas on an add-on or technique for making Atlasssian work this way?
Natively, JIRA does not have this kind of function. Add-on wise, I do not any that comes close to what you want.
I guess you can create your own personal tracker for members and disable (set to inactive) accounts that don't pay. A simple cron script can do that job for you.
