Is there an easy way to move from standalone confluence installation to generic tomcat installation on Ubuntu

I have installed my confluence as standalone with embeded tomcat. Now, I need to move it to generic tomcat. Is there an easy way to move from standalone generic tomcat installation on Ubuntu. My confluence version is 4.1.6
